Stanley Tucci's press run around the massive hit The Devil Wears Prada 2 has resulted in people realizing a few things about his marriage that they previously didn't know.

You probably saw a bit of commotion online during his red carpet appearances when people realized that Stanley is married to Felicity Blunt...

The couple have been married in 2012 — three years after the passing of Stanley's previous wife, Kathryn Spath. In a new interview for Jenna Hager Bush's Open Book podcast, Stanley explained how their relationship came to be, and he also addressed the nearly 21-year age gap between the two of them. (Stanley is currently 65, while Felicity is 45.)

Stanley explained that he first met Felicity, who is a literary agent, at the premiere of the first Devil Wears Prada film in 2006. In 2010 — roughly a year after his wife passed — they met again at Emily's wedding to John Krasinski.

“It just sort of made sense, even though there is this age gap of 21 years,” Stanley explained. “I knew her family, or I knew her sister was one of my best friends. And we just hit it off.”

Stanley explained that he initially "wasn't sure" he'd remarry after Kathryn's death, who he also shared two children with. But he and Felicity found kinship regardless: “We had a lot in common, even though we had nothing in common. It just sort of stuck. But I think she changed my life in the sense that she gave me a sense of security. She gave my children a sense of security. And she’s fun. Like, she’s fun to hang out with.”

Stanley also praised Felicity for being "incredibly positive." “Her mind is incredible,” he said. “Her capacity to take in information, not just from a book, but from the world and process it, and turn it into something else is just extraordinary. She’s pretty cool.”
