President Trump on Tuesday afternoon will welcome more than 100 collegiate champions from different sports and universities to the White House in honor of NCAA Collegiate National Champions Day.

Trump’s remarks to the student athletes come after he signed an executive order to tighten the rules for eligibility and transfers within the NCAA, which marked his latest attempt to rein in college athletics in the pay-to-play era.

The event is scheduled to begin at 4 p.m. EDT.
