Obviously, you're aware of the shooting outside the ballroom of the White House Correspondents' Dinner over the weekend. It's dominated the news cycle, and everyone is weighing in on the implications and potential aftereffects.

One of those people is first lady Melania Trump, who earlier today called for Jimmy Kimmel to be taken off the air (again) due to his remarks he made during his "Alternative White House Correspondents' Dinner" speech that aired last Thursday night — two whole nights before the shooting itself — on Jimmy Kimmel Live!.

You can watch the whole bit below, but if you're pressed for time, here's the joke that had Melania pressed: "Mrs. Trump, you have a glow like an expectant widow. You know, Melania's birthday is on Sunday. That's right. She's, uh, planning to celebrate at home the same way she always does, looking out a window and whispering, 'What have I done?'"

In a statement, Melania said that "People like Kimmel shouldn't have the opportunity to enter our homes each evening to spread hate... Enough is enough. It is time for ABC to take a stand."

"He showed a fake video of the First Lady, Melania, and our son, Barron, like they were actually sitting in his studio, listening to him speak, which they weren't, and never would be."
