Ready, set, buy!

In tandem with today’s news that LA28 tickets are available for pre-sale for residents in select California and Oklahoma counties — with sales to the general public opening April 9 — On Location has made its hospitality packages available for purchase.

LA28’s official hospitality provider is selling ticket-inclusive packages with a variety of offerings to pick from like premium seats, priority entry, lounge access, entertainment, athlete meet-and-greets, elevated food and beverage choices and more. Packages for most events like track and field, baseball, basketball, flag football, soccer finals (at the Rose Bowl), swimming, and opening and closing ceremonies are on sale today while sports like badminton, cricket, diving, equestrian, soccer (in other metropolitan areas) and rhythmic gymnastics will be available later in the year.

On Location has three tiers of hospitality packages with leisure, premium and signature. The former is the base level package while premium packages include access to a shared lounge within the Olympic venue with access to elevated food and beverage options, a social scene and premium seats. Signature packages are described as “higher-end” and feature an in-venue shared lounge with elevated food and beverage and service to match.

For some sports, guests can purchase what’s called signature + packages to receive “white-glove service” with best available seating and a more start to finish experience with staff escorts guiding guests through the session. Some packages include shared lounge access or private suites.

Fans can register interest on the LA28 hospitality website and a sales agent will be in touch. Hotel Accommodations will also be available through an “add-on” service for existing packages. If guests are interested in “adding on” a hotel to their package, they can fill out a form on the hospitality website that will initiate a sales agent to reach out and explore our list of guaranteed options in prime locations.

Beyond those three tiers, On Location also offers bespoke platinum access programs and packages with access to high-end accommodations and top-tier Olympics tickets and hospitality built around the most popular sports and the best properties.

“Global excitement for the LA28 Olympic Games is already building,” said On Location president Paul Caine. “Our hospitality program is designed to bring fans closer than ever to the historic action and create memories they will remember for a lifetime with an elevated and seamless hospitality experience so guests can enjoy the excitement and not worry about the details.”
