Christina Ricci's Viral Response To Right Wing Influencer

Now 46, Christina is still a beloved actor, notably receiving an Emmy nomination for her performance in Yellowjackets:

But she is also just as renowned for being incredibly outspoken on her Instagram account, commenting on everything from the Diddy trial to Sydney Sweeney’s American Eagle campaign in recent months.

And the star’s latest comment on Instagram Threads is going particularly viral after Christina read right-wing influencer Emily Wilson to filth for her ridiculous comment about voting Democrat.

Last week, Emily shared a photo of herself posing in her car while wearing gym wear alongside the comment: “Post pilates cause fat chicks vote democrat 😎,” which was liked thousands of times with hundreds of shares. Emily shared the exact same thing to her X account on the same day, which you can see below:

However, Christina clearly wasn’t on board with this message, as when it came across her algorithm, she decided to leave the public comment: “I’m skinnier than you you asshole and I still vote democrat or as liberal as I can because there is more to life than being thin. What you contribute to this world is what matters, loser.”

This comment has been liked more than 19,000 times on Threads, and has also won widespread praise across other social media platforms, with some actively praising Christina for meeting Emily on her level.

And before long, Christina’s other iconic Threads responses had resurfaced — securing her even more praise. Responding to one person who wrote: “Being a sane, not raging feminist on this insanely liberal app is not for the weak,” Christina said: “Then bow out. We don’t want you here.”

Meanwhile, when a video circulated of somebody being kicked out of a restaurant for wearing a MAGA hat, Christina wrote: “Hitting up Farmhouse next time I’m in FL!! Fuck MAGA, Fuck ICE, Fuck Trump and Fuck You, Sir.”
