Bandai Namco Filmworks
Bandai Namco Filmworks has unveiled a new trailer for “Mobile Suit Gundam Hathaway: The Sorcery of Nymph Circe,” the second chapter in the Hathaway film trilogy, ahead of its U.S. theatrical opening on May 15.
The film has already completed a strong run in Japan, where it earned JPY2.6 billion ($16.3 million) – topping the JPY2.2 billion ($14 million) collected by its predecessor, “Mobile Suit Gundam Hathaway,” when that first installment was released. Directed by Shukou Murase and produced by Bandai Namco Filmworks’ Sunrise Animation Studios, the sequel brings back Kensho Ono as protagonist Hathaway Noa in the Japanese-language version, with Caleb Yen leading the English-dub cast.
