Haley Lu Richardson ON 'Ponies,' Sean Baker, and Sheba Cat Food
Sheba
Haley Lu Richardson just wants her cat, Darbin, to like her. The quest – one that every cat parent embarks on – is no easy feat, but food always proves to be a useful asset. To make her own cat-mom journey, and that of others, as effortless as possible, Richardson has joined “Ignored to Adored,” both a campaign and initiative from Sheba that the cat food brand says “helps drive connection between cats and their owners.”
“[The opportunity] made me feel very seen in my quest to get Darbin to love me as much as I love him,” Richardson tells Variety. “We spent this day shooting some of the journey of that whole process of trying the food and getting him to like me, and I literally spent a whole day working with my cat. A dream come true.”
