It's no surprise, since we've been hearing about the cost of chips and storage going up over the years; throw in tariffs and a ongoing strong demand for the consoles, you start to get the whole picture.

If you don't mind downloading your games and playing them from the cloud, the Slim Digital Edition PS5 will be $599.99 tomorrow, but you can get a refurbished one today for $399. An original, non-slim disc refurbished version PS5 with 825GB is $399 today.
