Even though the Toronto Raptors are out of the NBA playoffs, their fictional counterparts — the Toronto Trappers from Netflix’s Running Point — are still very much in the game.

In season two of Running Point, the story heads to Toronto, where Ali (played by Brenda Song) leaves Isla (Kate Hudson) and the Los Angeles Waves behind for a new job up north.

The resulting scenes in Toronto are cold, snowy, and grey (as someone who lives here: confirmed, confirmed, CONFIRMED). While Ali and Isla don’t always have the nicest things to say about my beloved hometown, Brenda Song and Kate Hudson had a much different take.
