You know Kaia Gerber. She's the 24-year-old daughter of Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber.

For a long time, Kaia has been best known for her modeling career, following in her mom's fashion footsteps.

However, over the past few years, she's focused more on acting, appearing in movies such as Bottoms, Saturday Night, and Babylon. She's also had supporting roles in TV shows, including American Horror Story and Palm Royale.

Now, Kaia is taking center stage in an upcoming FX thriller series, The Shards, based on Bret Easton Ellis's semi-autobiographical novel of the same name.

Ahead of the show's August release date, Kaia and her co-stars, Igby Rigney and Homer Gere, appeared at the Disney Upfronts this week to showcase the highly anticipated series. And let's just say, there's been more talk about her look than The Shards...

Kaia took to the red carpet in a midriff-baring two-piece from Jacquemus, and paired it with a glowing tan. All the pictures in this post are unedited, straight from Getty.

While we can't know for sure if the tan is real or fake, Kaia's skin tone certainly looks a little darker than we're used to. And between that and her rather bronzey makeup look, some fans think she looks like "a different person."

There have also been some pretty funny celeb comparisons, with people suggesting that she looks like "Brooks Nader and Olivia Jade morphed," "Anne Hathaway in Bride Wars," or even a "Lala Kent Raquel Leviss lovechild," for my Bravo fans.

The red carpet pics also made it over to Reddit, where the makeup/tan commentary is very much the same — some even said they found it "hard" to recognize her. However, one user made the valid point that "photos make color look very different." "No professional spray tan artist would spray her 'orange,' but the lights and photo filters can skew the actual color," they wrote.
