For free users, the interface now offers two distinct modes: 'Standard' and 'Extended.' The Standard setting prioritizes rapid responses, making it ideal for quick, straightforward queries. Conversely, the Extended mode allows the model to take more time to process complex topics, potentially yielding more accurate and nuanced results. Paid subscribers using the 3.1 Pro model gain access to an additional 'Deep Think' tier, which leverages Google’s most advanced reasoning capabilities previously reserved for premium AI Ultra plans.
