Between The Bachelor, Love Island, Love Is Blind, and literally dozens more, reality dating shows have been dominating TV for years. We see A LOT on screen... but we definitely don't see everything. Beyond the contestants, there are hundreds of people behind the scenes making the chaos happen.

Since this year's season of The Bachelorette got canceled, we're begging for insider info to scratch that reality dating show itch. So, if you've ever been involved with a dating show in any way, now is your time to spill what actually went down.
