Jon Stewart On Trump's "Weird" Oval Office Signature
by Ed MazzaBuzzFeedHuffPost Writer
The Daily Show host Jon Stewart on Monday night spotted a strange moment in the Oval Office when President Donald Trump signed an executive order to expedite the review of psychedelic drugs as a potential treatment for various mental conditions. Stewart was left wondering if Trump had been doing a little research of his own.

“Maybe Trump’s already taken them, given how intensely he focused on the signing of this bill,” Stewart said. “I mean, he signed the shit out of this bill.”

“Hey, man. You ever really looked at your signature on weed?” Stewart asked. The host called the bill a rare “good thing” from Trump, but couldn’t get past that signature.

“It was weird as shit the way he signed that. It was like, it was weird as shit,” he said. “Like, I’m looking at that signature right now. Does that even say Donald Trump? The last name is longer than his first name!”

“It looks like it says Lynyrd Skynyrd,” Stewart said while noting that Trump’s last name seems to have “too many letters.”

“I would make sure this executive order is even legal because it appears to have been signed off by David Hasselhoff,” he concluded. But Stewart spent most of the opening segment looking at Trump’s war with Iran ― and his different ways of spinning its progress, or lack thereof.
