( NewsNation ) — “Today” host Savannah Guthrie and her sister, Annie, paid a visit Monday to a makeshift memorial outside the home of Nancy Guthrie as the investigation into their mother’s disappearance enters its second month. The pair, along with Annie’s husband Tommaso Cioni, paid their visit as surveillance footage surfaced last week of a car driving near their mother’s home on the night she was taken, in what could potentially be a fresh lead for investigators. They left a note to their mother at the site. It reads: “Momma, we miss you so much! Our hearts are broken. We are standing on ash, on scored earth! But Mom, though we are surrounded by so much darkness and uncertainty, our love burns bright. We love you Mommy. We miss you so much. Our best friend!!” It comes as investigators are still searching for the tip that breaks the case open. The Pima County Sheriff’s office confirmed to NewsNation last week that authorities are aware of Ring camera footage taken from a house 2 1/2 miles, or a seven-minute drive from Guthrie’s, showing about a dozen cars driving by in the early morning hours the day she went missing. Obtained by Fox News Digital, the footage reportedly includes activity from between 6 a.m. and midnight on Feb 1, including a car driving by the house at around 2:36 a.m., less than ten minutes after Guthrie’s pacemaker was disconnected from the app on her phone at around 2:30 a.m. Investigators had previously asked residents within a 2-mile radius of Guthrie’s home to share surveillance camera footage of suspicious cars or people they may have noticed in the month before she disappeared. Guthrie mentioned the family’s $1 million reward in the case, which has resulted in 1,500 new tips coming in since it was announced, the FBI said. The family’s reward is in addition to the FBI’s existing $100,000 reward for her return. Nancy Guthrie was last seen at her Tucson, Ariz., home on Jan. 31. Police believe she was taken against her will , with multiple ransom notes surfacing related to her disappearance. The FBI is reducing the number of agents in Tucson and moving its command post to the Phoenix field office, according to reports from multiple outlets.
