City Year Los Angeles will honor “Project Hail Mary” filmmakers Phil Lord and Christopher Miller, along with education leader Pedro Noguera, at its 15th annual Spring Break Gala on April 25 at Universal Studios.
The duo behind major franchises including “Spider-Verse” and “The Lego Movie” will be recognized for their contributions to storytelling and their impact on younger audiences. Actor Jake Johnson is set to present Lord and Miller with their awards during the event.
