At TrendPulse, we strive to provide the best possible experience with our AI-powered insights platform. We understand that sometimes things don't work out, and we want to be fair and transparent about our refund processing.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your TrendPulse subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
You can manage and cancel your subscription directly through your Dashboard or via the Paddle customer portal linked in your billing emails.
2. Refund Eligibility
Monthly Plans
We generally do not offer refunds for monthly, pay-as-you-go subscriptions once the billing period has started. You can cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
Annual Plans
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for annual subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with TrendPulse within the first 14 days of your annual subscription purchase, please contact us for a full refund.
3. Technical Issues
If you are experiencing technical issues that prevent you from using the service, please contact our support team immediately. If we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, we may issue a refund for the affected billing period at our discretion.
4. How to Request a Refund

- The email address associated with your account
- Your order ID or invoice number
- The reason for your refund request
We review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis and aim to respond within 7 business days.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. We are here to help and can usually resolve billing issues much faster than the chargeback process.
