We want you to be completely satisfied with TrendPulse. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us and we will process your refund request promptly.
1. Refund Policy
All refunds are processed through our payment partner, Paddle. If you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact us at gjjapp@outlook.com.
If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay delivery of the product, your exclusive and sole remedy is either replacement of the product or refund of the price paid, as determined by Paddle.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your TrendPulse subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
You can manage and cancel your subscription directly through your Dashboard or via the Paddle customer portal linked in your billing emails.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at gjjapp@outlook.com with the following details:
- The email address associated with your account
- Your order ID or invoice number
Once your request is received, we will initiate the refund through Paddle immediately.
4. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly for any billing issues or refund requests. We are committed to resolving your concerns quickly and fairly.
