By accessing and using TrendPulse ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
TrendPulse is an AI-powered insights platform that crawls various news and social media sources to provide summarized trends and analytical reports. The Service utilizes Google's Gemini API for content summarization and analysis.
3. Subscription and Payments
TrendPulse offers both free and paid subscription plans. All payments and subscriptions are processed securely via Paddle. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Paddle's terms and conditions in addition to these Terms of Service.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, provided through our authentication partner, Supabase. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content (excluding AI-generated summaries which are derived from third-party sources), features, and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of TrendPulse and its licensors.
6. Information Crawling and AI Processing
TrendPulse acquires data from publicly available web sources. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated summaries provided by the Gemini API may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. TrendPulse is not responsible for the accuracy of the underlying source material or the AI-generated interpretations thereof.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall TrendPulse be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
